My mission is simple. To provide an attractive, welcoming, enjoyable place for people to begin or to maintain their self-healing journey, without judgement or conditions. The only requirement for joining the community is a desire to heal yourself.

I'm 42 years old and born in Wrexham, Wales, UK. I'm an electrician by trade and working in construction since 2012. I'm the middle of 3 children, and currently in a relationship. My biggest growth comes from this part of my life, as I'm learning how to be a step-Dad too!

I'm 42 years old and born in Wrexham, Wales, UK. I'm an electrician by trade and working in construction since 2012. I'm the middle of 3 children, and currently in a relationship. My biggest growth comes from this part of my life, as I'm learning how to be a step-Dad too!
I'm over 5 years clean and free from my addictions, working a 12 step program, and living a life by spiritual principles. My party animal lifestyle came to an end after a few near-death experiences and repeated rock bottoms forced me to surrender and wave the white flag. I was beaten and broken.
This is where I found a new way to live and enjoy life without the use of any substances or destructive behaviours. I work on myself daily, continually seeking to grow and evolve, peeling back the layers, releasing the pain and the trauma. It isn't always easy, but I'm in a much better place than I was 5 years ago.
I now use the pain, and my gift of recovery to use as a contribution to the wider world, and I hope that someone might hear my story and find some inspiration to start their self-healing journey.
I recommend finding your nearest 12 step fellowship, online or face to face, for whatever addiction or destructive behaviour you're dealing with, surrender, ask for help, and begin the lifelong journey of recovery. It's not easy, but it is so worth it.
